Terms of Service

Thanks for using Scrappy. These terms are deliberately short: respect the people and memories on the other side of every board.
1. What Scrappy is
Scrappy is an iOS app for leaving photos and notes on shared memory boards. Board owners decide what appears on their boards and whether a board is public or private.
2. Your content is yours
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you create in Scrappy. You give us the limited permission needed to store, display, and deliver that content through the service, including to people who are permitted to view the board where you share it.
3. Respect other people
Only share content you have the right to use. Do not use Scrappy to break the law, violate someone's privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate someone, harass others, or share harmful or abusive content. Scrappy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
4. Board owners have control
Memories sent to a board may be accepted, rejected, hidden, rearranged, or deleted by its owner. When you leave a memory, you understand the board owner controls whether and how it appears. Use the app's report and block controls if someone's behavior crosses the line. We may remove violating content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Public and private boards
Public boards and their published memories may be visible to other Scrappy users. Private boards are intended for their owner, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Think carefully before sharing personal or sensitive information anywhere in the app.
6. Your account
You are responsible for activity through your sign-in account and for keeping access to it secure. You can browse public boards as a guest, but creating a board or leaving a memory requires signing in.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Scrappy at any time and can delete your account from the app. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect people, Scrappy, or the service.
8. As-is and changes
Scrappy is provided as-is, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change the app or these terms as it evolves. If we update these terms, the date above will change. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
