Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us

If you sign in, Scrappy receives the information needed to create your profile from the sign-in provider you choose: Apple, Google, or X. This can include a provider identifier, your display name, username, and, for X accounts, profile image URL.

We also store the content you choose to create or share in Scrappy, such as board names, notes, photo memories, captions, attribution choices, board settings, blocks, and reports.

2. Photos

Scrappy uses Apple's system photo picker. It receives only the images you explicitly select, not your entire photo library. Selected images are uploaded to Scrappy so they can appear on the board you sent them to and can be viewed by people who are allowed to see that board.

3. Boards and visibility

Public boards and their published memories can be viewed in Scrappy. Private boards are available only to the board owner. Memories sent to a board wait for the owner's review before they are published. A board owner can also choose whether an approved memory shows its author.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we store an Apple Push Notification service device token to send service notifications, such as a new memory or a review decision. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings at any time.

5. Service providers

We use providers that help operate Scrappy: Privy for authentication, Apple, Google, and X for the sign-in methods you select, and Apple's push notification service for notifications. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

6. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your content or profile information for targeted advertising.
• We do not access your photo library beyond the photos you select.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Profile in the app. This permanently deletes your profile, your board, and its contents. Memories you left on other people's boards remain, but are attributed to “Deleted user” rather than your profile.

8. Changes and contact
