Need help with a board, a memory, or your account? Send us a note and we'll help you get unstuck.

Email rohan@degenhouse.sh. Include your Scrappy username, what happened, and any useful details so we can investigate quickly. Please don't send passwords or sign-in codes.
Account help
You can browse public boards as a guest. To create a board or leave a memory, sign in with Apple, Google, or X. To remove your account, open Profile in the app and choose “Delete your account.”
Boards and memories
A board owner controls what appears on their board. Memories you send wait for approval, and owners can hide or delete published memories. Use the report and block controls in the app if something does not belong there.
